About Us

WE FOCUS ON EMPOWERING YOUTH TO ACCESS OPPORTUNITIES
WE BELIEVE THAT YOUTH AND WOMEN DESERVE ACCESS TO DIGNIFIED OPPORTUNITIES
Coastal counties in Kenya continue to face deep development challenges, with poverty rates averaging 47% well above the national average of 39.8%. Migori County reflects similar vulnerabilities, recording a poverty rate of approximately 43%. Women and youth are particularly affected, facing limited access to microfinance and career growth opportunities. Youth unemployment in Kenya stands at approximately 13.5%, but rates are often significantly higher in the coastal and Migori counties due to limited access to career growth support systems. These constraints, coupled with early pregnancy and low educational intake, have led to high, persistent economic exclusion. Despite ongoing efforts, the original problem remains unchanged, underscoring the urgent need for targeted, inclusive interventions.

OUR MISSIONTo empower women and youth regardless of their background by providing access to essential services, innovative products, and strategic linkages that enable sustainable livelihoods, decent work, and inclusive business opportunities.
