Dr. Tariku Sagoya Gashute, board member and assistant professor at Arba Minch University, has over 15 years’ experience in teaching, research, and community projects. With expertise in peace, governance, and development studies, he actively engages in training on conflict resolution, human rights, youth entrepreneurship, climate change, migration, and grant writing..
